The article presents review data of domestic and foreign scientific researchers on etiopathogenesis clinical picture chronic dermatosis - microbial eczema. Among skin diseases, eczema accounts for about 40%. According to the results epidemiological studies, incidence among inhabitants Russian Federation ranges from 6.0 15 cases per 1,000 people, which indicates a wide spread this disease. urgency studying ME is conditioned by persistent tendency an earlier debut disease, weighting picture, increase in number relapses, pathological process skin. It should be noted that resistance traditional methods treatment used becoming more common. above factors are basis further in-depth study search new effective methods.
